Is this replaced by "Weekend Meeting" (as specified in letter to BOE dated 10/14/15 about adjusted names of our meetings), or is this still an 'official' term that should be translated as such?

Seems to me, that your right.
When you're searching for meetings on jw.org, only the new term "Weekend Meeting" is used.
Nevertheless in my opinion it's still correct to split this up into
    "Public talk" and "Wachttower Study"

I agree, when the program specify which part of the weekend meeting the settings apply to, using the local terms for "Public talk" and "Watchtower Study" would still be called for.
But the term "Public Meeting" seems obsolete now.

When to use the term "Midweek Meeting" and when to use the short-term for "Our Christian Life and Ministry" is a tougher nut to crack...
