Noun. As in, your experience with / comments on the book. Personally, I have used 'Comments' because 'Review' sounds a bit heavy and does not apply when you have not read the book yet; 'comments' is more general.

We have also translated it more freely, so people are not scared to write something :-) Something like "What comes to my mind about this book"
