I think I understand the concept but why are we asking for feedback here? I'm asking because a user that thinks they managed to pay is unlikely to send feedback. Or maybe they should know why they should contact us (eg. to verify the payment was completed successfully).

This error means that payment didn't go through in our system. So if the user actually didn't even try to confirm the payment yet, he can continue normally, but if the did try to confirm, it's better to contact us to avoid double payment.
