  Os transistores unijunção (TUJ) ou Unijunction Transistors (UJT) são dispositivos semicondutores cujo símbolo e estrutura são mostrados na figura. 
  Estes componentes possuem uma característica de resistência negativa que os torna ideal para operação em osciladores de relaxação, com a configuração básica.
