The 'Hashtags' are translated to Portuguese to work with them?

If so, the translation is ok; if they are in English the translation are wrong

There's no automatic translation of user content in any way and hashtags are user content. It's up to each local community whether they want to the english ones or their own or a mixture depending on the topic.
