In order to apply blue light filter, you must allow %1$s to be displayed over other apps. This permission is necessary for the app to operate.

1. Tap on "%1$s".

2. Find %1$s app on the list and tap on it.

3. Allow to display over other apps with a switch.

This will make information about the status of the filter, turning it on, off and pausing it easily accessible without opening the app, and opening the app to edit the filter settings will be easier too.
