Thank you for using Intelliphone (© 2013 Amit Jain). This app is an enhanced dialer for your phone, designed to greatly improve the process of making calls. The dialer tries to predict who you want to call, using AI techniques. The person you want to call is usually displayed towards the top, without needing to search for them. The dialer builds a statistical model of your calling behaviour by scanning your call history and the contacts database when you first use the program. Thereafter, it keeps refining its model as you use your phone. Your location is used to determine the correct format for your stored numbers, so they can be directly dialled in other countries. Your privacy is fully protected, because the model is stored on your phone. In fact, the app does not even have the permission to access the Internet, ensuring perfect security for your data. Before you can use the app, you have to agree with some basic conditions (so the authors' rights are protected): 1. You have a license to use the app on your own phone(s), not to distribute it, and not to decompile it. 2. The app relies on dynamic linking with a 3rd party GPL library, MOA (heavily modified), for certain parts of its functionality. In agreement with the conditions imposed by GPL, you are entitled to the source code of our modifications to MOA. Just ask nicely. 3. The authors will not be held responsible for any data loss, damage etc from your use of this app. 4. If you have any complaints or suggestions regarding this app, you can inform the author by emailing techie@lipik.in

Use this screen to set access codes for specific destinations. Destination can either be a foreign country, or an area code within the calling country. You can also set access code to be valid for all domestic calls (use * as destination), or for all international calls. Access code can be a special access number (e.g. calling card number, discount carrier etc) or a carrier selection code (if calling country allows them). Access numbers must be valid phone numbers, and you can specify a wait period for the dial tone before sending the called number. Carrier codes must match the format allowed in the calling country, else they are ignored.
