NSH and PHP files support

Web Translate It now support 2 new file formats:

  • .php files, which really are HTML files decorated with <?php and ?> tags,

  • and .nsh files used by Nullsoft Scriptable Install System, which is used to localise software installation scripts for Microsoft Windows.
