New: Ability to filters by segments not having a label

It is now possible to filter segments not having a specific label.
For instance, if you use labels to flag segments not to translate using the Do not translate label, it can be interesting list the segments not having the Do not translate label.
You can now do that by appending the sign ! before the label name in the URL bar. For instance:
Will display all the segments not having the label Do not translate, and therefore listing the segments to translate.
