3 new file formats supported: .json, Java .xml and Qt .ts

3 new language file formats have been added to Web Translate It:
- JSON can be used to localise Javascript,
- Java .xml, an alternative to Java .properties files,
- and Qt .ts files, used to localise Qt applications. Web Translate It support both .ts 1.0 and .ts 2.0, which includes support for plural forms.
