Fixed a bug in alphabetical ordering of segments in generated language files

We’ve fixed a bug in the alphabetical ordering of segments in the generated language files. The system was previously case insensitive and ordering segments named identically but with a different case could be inconsistent.

We are now case-sensitively sorting segments, so you might noticed a few changes as you pull your files: uppercase segments will now be placed before lowercase segments.
