What are WiX .wxl files?

WiX .wxl files are language files used to localize WiX platform installers for .NET projects. Their file extensions is .wxl.

Language ID

The WixLocalization elements includes a Language attribute, which uses a Microsoft LCID. LCIDs are getting deprecated, so in case a file is uploaded with a Language attribute, WebTranslateIt will remove it. The Culture attribute will contain the locale code.
