Mirta Đidara Croatian Translator with proofreading rights on other people’s translations only

Hi, I have translated the segment, but I am unable to proofread it and confirm. (This happens with all of the translated segments that need proofreading.)

Klaartje Dutch Translator with all proofreading rights

That's okay, I'll mark it as proofread. I trust you.

There has been a software update that splits the right to proofread into
    - the right to proofread ones own translations
    - the right to proofread other people's translations.

That is probably what's stopping you. In itself it's a good thing because ideally, we want all translations to be seen by two pairs of eyes. But this one is so simple that I don't think that's necessary.

Ok :) Yes, ideally it would be the best for the translation to be seen by two pair of eyes. However, there are cases when one translator is all the team has - e.g. when other translators are inactive (e.g. in Croatian team), or they are not as proficient as the original translator, or there are simply none besides the original translator. So, for me, being unable to proofread my own translations is very inconvenient at the moment, as it leaves the translations unfinished (even the obviously correct ones). When I am the only (or only active) translator, I usually make the first draft, then take a break, clean it up for, and leave it for a few days so I could proofread it (usually twice) with a fresh mind and a fresh pair of eyes.
If there is an option to enable proofreading for my own translations, it would be great :D
