    It's a code for "horizontal ellipsis", used in pages that have pagination e.g. the user admin page. See the screenshot.

    yes, you can copy the exact same content. This is some code that will automatically create "...".
    If you face some similar future cases, you can check how it has been translated in other languages (for example https://webtranslateit.com/en/projects/2056-Sharetribe/locales/en..fr/strings/5267842, which is an up-to-date translation) to better understand it :)
