In Greek, if you must use something for 0 minutes, you use the plural form (0 ημέρες) but I think it would be better if it was actually empty when there are zero days remaining.

Same applies for hours (0 ώρες) and minutes (0 λεπτά).

I believe Android knows this and won't use the 0 case.
