I don't know if you know (LOL), but this whole section (FAQ) doesn't have the strings here to traslate.

I'm not 100 % sure why it doesn;t have the strings, but I know that until very recently the staff and support weren't able to edit/update the FAQs and they hadn't been updated to reflect some of the changes since the move to the new site yet. (For instance, things like changing screen name, getting password etc have all changed with the new site.)
