    Maybe the better sentence could be:
    "You have open listings but your Payment settings are not set up to receive payments. Connect your PayPal..."

    Is the payment setting in Sharetribe that not setup for payment, or is the PayPal account not setup, or both?
    It is both. More abstract is Payment setting.
