I am not sure whom this concerns most, so I send this to a few.
Technically we do not have zone overseers anymore. They are called headquarters representative nowadays. https://wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/1200277210

  2. thanks, and yes, this is not even new, but focus was simply not on how to deal with historical data, for which a translation may still be necessary (even if outdated), but to prepare for the virtual conventions.
If time permits, this will yet be adjusted.

It was not clear if this was a new, or a 'renewed' string. I saw there was an older similar one. So this was just in case it was actually a new string. What is the recommendation: to use the old term in the translation as well?

  4. there are a couple of changes as to how the exceptions/special events work and they are now based on different rules (e.g. is wt study abbreviated or not, is there a public talk, ...), which is the reason, that this term appeared as new (because it was just moved to another file).
For the "Visit of World Headquarters' Representatives" the configuration is not completed, so I personally would rather keep the old term for historical data, until this is also finished and it is obvious that this has been updated too and would also work according to the current guidelines, instead of just simply rename it. This would anyway also be possible in the TheocBase settings.
If the term "Zone overseer's..." was translated already to "Visit of World..." it could also remain as it is.
