Just a quick question... why some of the strings are not editable for the translation? I mean like this one, which is not under discussions, has no labels, but I can't translate it anyway. Thanx!

well, I can. there should be now "test" as "translation"
What happened when you tried? Once in a while the system seems to respond a bit slow.
When you clicked on the star a few suggestions (or just one as in this case) should appear and when you click one of them they should be filled into the edit field where you then should be able to further edit them. Does this work in these cases?
Sometimes a "hard refresh" might help, too: Holding down the shift key while clicking on the browser's reload button.

I had the same problem, I thought those strings were blocked. The "Star solution" works.

Same happened here. Another solution I found is to click to edit some string before the one you want, then click 'save and next' and the edit square will appear.
