    Hi there,
    Well, I know more or less what "referrals" means in the bc context. But I still haven't found the right translation. Any idea? Anyone can specify exactly the meaning of the word "referral"? Thank you. :-)

    Not fully sure. I can't find the right word in Spanish. Not sure about the word people have been using in Spanish up to now. Trying to find something in the middle. :-)

    hmm...how about "to tell another person" or to "makes someone aware of"...or, "to encourage another person to join?"
