    What does this mean?
I was available long ago, then I was away, and then long time passed, and am still not back.
Or does this mean I go away now, and don't come back for a while?
So does this mean a long time in the past, or in the future?
    Thanks...

    It means in the past.
"I was available long ago, then I was away, and then long time passed, and am still not back."
