Username

Your username is used as part of the unique URL of your profile page. You can only use letters and numbers for your username, without spaces. When you change your username, your URL will automatically change and your previous URL will not be redirected. The old username will become available for other users.

This usually means that there is something blocking the commission from the seller's PayPal account. In most cases the issue is that the seller does not have a valid and verified funding source connected to their PayPal account.

If you would like to investigate this further, a good first step is to contact the seller about this.

Contact the seller

Files need to be JPEGs or PNGs smaller than 5MB. It is not possible to verify PDFs. Files should be in color, be rotated with the image right-side up, and have all information clearly legible.

The Stripe balance for %{username} is not 0, so the account cannot be deleted. This might mean that they have transactions waiting to be completed or that there is money waiting to be paid out to their bank accounts. Please check your Stripe Dashboard for more information.
