I understand that this sentence is shown to the buyer (starter). In other segments, we mention "marketplace admin" or "admin" but never (or barely) "support". Don't you think that it might be confusing, especially if the marketplace admin don't advertise his role as "support"?

I first thought about saying "marketplace admin" here but then realized that would be bad. Airbnb wouldn't say "please contact marketplace admin". We shouldn't have copy texts that give the impression that this is just one Sharetribe marketplace. Instead, when the user reads the copy texts, they should sound like they were written by the admin. And in most marketplaces, their administrators really don't talk about themselves as "admins" (which sounds pretty technical), but rather say "please contact us" or "contact our support" etc. I thought about saying "contact us" here, but somehow "our support" sounds better to me. Not sure though, but I'd say that at least for our current clients, "support" should be fine.

Juho's point makes sense but how do people contact support? As far as I can see it, there is no additional information here and people might be stuck looking how to contact support.

Benoit, a good point. There's the "contact" link in the top header that they can use, but this error message should also have a link in it.

Ok, looking forward to it! Question as a translator newbie here: if something changes in the EN description, is there a way for a NL translator (or any translator for that matter) to be aware of that and adapt the translation too?

You should be able to see those texts where EN version has changed, by looking in list labeled "To verify" also I think that it should be possible to get email notifications when new strings are added or changed. Let me know if you can't get email even if you wanted to?

Ok, I get e-mail when new items haven been added indeed. I'll also look out for the "to verify"-remarks!
