Is this meaning "balance at given time" or a report?

I will assume it's the balance for an account at a given time, in which case the Danish word "Saldo" is the correct term.
"Balance" is usually referring to statement, like a liability, asset and profit/loss summary

Yeah, in English, balance means balance of an account. E.g. bank account balance or customer balance. It's not a name of report or statement.
