    I think that the English text should either say that your stream is populated with your contacts, the tags you follow and the creative members of the commuinty or the posts that are sent by your contacts and the creative members and that are marked with the tags you follow. Since I'm not a native speaker of English, I cannot evaluate if one of these options is more natural in conjunction with the verb "to populate."
