<span>If you are about to assign a reader for the Congregation Bible Study and want to take into consideration also reading assignments at the Watchtower Study, select the option <strong>Include weekend parts</strong>. If the filter button <strong>Student parts</strong> is checked, Bible Reading assignments are also included. Make sure that the filter button <strong>Similar assignments only</strong> is checked, to display reading assignments only.</span> 

Select a person to close the drop-down list.

Click the <img src="../images/sidebar_close_24x24.png" alt="" width="24" height="24" /> button to close the sidebar and finish editing.

Press and hold the <img src="../images/add_24x24.png" alt="" width="24" height="24" /> button until the drop-down menu appears and select <strong>KHS</strong>.

Press and hold the <img src="../images/add_24x24.png" alt="" width="24" height="24" /> button until the drop-down menu appears and select <strong>Ta1ks</strong>.

Zadejte plán ručně

V TheocBase <strong>Nastavení</strong> přejděte na stránku <strong>Shromáždění život a služba</strong> a přepněte se na kartu <strong>Plánování</strong>.

V části <strong>Shromáždění v týdnu</strong> stiskněte tlačítko <img src="../images/add_24x24.png" alt="" width="24" height="24" />, dokud se zobrazí nabídka a vyberte datum pro svůj záznam Shromáždění život a služby.

Níže uvedený <strong>Rozvrh shromáždění v týdnu</strong> bude obsahovat obecná data.

V části <strong>Shromáždění v týdnu</strong> zadejte <strong>Čtení Bible</strong> a <strong>písně</strong>.

Přiřadit části shromáždění

Z rozevíracího seznamu <strong>Rok</strong> vyberte rok pro svůj záznam Shromáždění život a služba.

Chcete-li upravit položky shromáždění, použijte prosím pokyny <a href="settings_mw_meeting.html#edit_lmm_schedule"> v části Upravit ropis shromáždění Život a Služba</a> .

Na postranním panelu otevřete odpovídající rozevírací seznam a pomocí funkca <a href="user_interface.html#lookup_control">vyhledávání</a> někoho vyberte:

ve <a href="user_interface.html#lookup_control_settings_default">výchozím nastavení</a> se osoby, které se nejlépe hodí, zobrazí v horní části seznamu

věnujte pozornost <a href="user_interface.html#lookup_control_details">varováním a klasifikacím v podrobnostech dané osoby</a>
