At times data cleaning may be necessary in order to modify e.g. incorrect, redundant or duplicate records. To replicate the cleansed data to all other devices, that are connected to the cloud, follow the steps below:

Vanwege incorrecte, overbodige of dubbele records, kan het nodig zijn om de gegevens op te schonen. Om de opgeschoonde gegevens naar alle andere verbonden apparaten te sturen via synchronisatie - onderstaande stappen volgen: -

Before editing data, make sure you have loaded the recent changes and likewise synchronize also when you have finished your editing. Otherwise, if similar changes can be found in the cloud, your local changes may be overwritten as you synchronize; as administrator you will be notified about such a conflict.

Voordat je iets wijzigt, moet je synchroniseren zodat recente wijzigigingen worden geladen. Synchroniseer vervolgens ook nadat je wijzigingen hebt aangebracht. Als je dat niet doet, kunnen lokale wijzigingen worden vervangen door wijzigingen die al in de cloud waren gezet; als er zo'n conflict bestaat, krijg je als beheerder een melding. -
