What kind of editor is meant here? Look at a translation site (f.e. dict.tu-chemnitz.de)

This would be somebody who collects essays/short stories/poems and arranges them in an anthology. Looking at the listings of editor for the site you provided, I'm thinking "Editor" is probably the most correct translation, but I defer to your thinking on this, obviously.
