Just a small question. Why is it Publication AND Modification date? I can't really make much sense out of this. Couldn't it just be modification date?

I suppose that's a good point. That string is used for creating citations of websites, and in MLA you are required to provide either the last modification date for the webpage (if available) or the publication date otherwise. I hadn't thought of the fact that the publication date is the last modification date technically, and having both there probably adds more confusion than it solves.
