    I assume 'home page' is meant. The english phrase is nice and terse.
    In dutch it'll be something like
    Start (start) or Start Pagina (start page)
    Hoofdpagina (main page)
    Begin (start) or Begin pagina (start page)
    And none of them really cut it...

    Yeah, it's the link to beetight.com/home. It needs to be short so it fits in the button in the iPhone toolbar. I'd go for "begin" or "start".

History

Translation History shows you the different versions of the translations that were saved. It also lets you revert to an older version of a translation.
