i can't understand this part "We’re supporting more media sources all the time. " would you please explain it?

I'm guessing is that this is refrerring to continuous development of diaspora*, so that if one service doesn't work, the user shouldn't assume that it will never work.

It means that over time Diaspora will support the embedding of audio or video content from more websites. I hope that makes sense!
