Singular is "stupeň", for amount of 2, 3, 4 and decimals it is "stupně" and for values bigger than 4 it is "stupňů".
Czech language is much more diverse than english, so there would be many conditions to have right shape of word for every possible case. That's why making these translations isn't very easy. One can never be satisfied:).
