    I don't understand the first part of this sentence. What do you mean by "If you'd like to share know how we fell short of your expectations"?

    Geez thanks for spotting, there was a typo on the English text. This is an e-mail which is automatically sent when a customer unsubscribes, in order for know why and in order to know how we can improve.
