<span><a id="lookup_control_details_timeline">Timeline</a></span> 
<br><span>A timeline, representing 4 weeks before and after the selected week, may accompany the symbol of the time range classification, and highlights the most recent filtered assignments.</span> 
<br><span>The closest assignments, independently of any filters, are displayed as an arc below (weekend) or above (midweek) the week's marker. The highlighted part of it represents the assignment's meeting section.</span> 
<br><span> Assisting or supplementary parts are displayed as outlined symbols.</span> 

<span><a id="lookup_control_details_history">History</a></span> 
<br><span>Up to three additional lines may be used to display a brief historical record in the details. The number of displayed lines can be adjusted in the settings [6].</span> 
<br><span>In case of assignments, a checkbox indicates completed assignments. Canceled assignments have no checkbox and other labels are striked through. If the role of an assignee in a meeting part is assistant or supplementary, the checkbox is displayed behind a vertical bar.</span> 

The settings are shared by different controls if used for a similar purpose, e.g. to select various <i>student assignments</i>.

Select <strong>Reset default settings</strong> from the menu [6] in the bottom right corner, to restore all settings to their default values.

In the <strong>Settings</strong> select the <strong>Schedule</strong> tab on the <strong>Life and Ministry Meeting</strong> page.

Press the <img src="../images/add_24x24.png" alt="" /> button from the <strong>Midweek Meeting Schedule...</strong> field.

Double-click the <strong>Meeting Item</strong>, <strong>Theme</strong>, <strong>Source</strong>, <strong>Timing</strong> or <strong>Study</strong> column to edit a value in the new row.

Press the <img src="../images/remove_24x24.png" alt="" /> button from the <strong>Midweek Meeting Schedule...</strong> field.

Double-click in the <strong>Meeting Item</strong>, <strong>Theme</strong>, <strong>Source</strong>, <strong>Timing</strong> or <strong>Study</strong> column to edit a value.

Press the <img src="../images/chevron_up_24x24.png" alt="" /> button to move the meeting part toward the beginning or the <img src="../images/chevron_down_24x24.png" alt="" /> button to move it toward the end of the meeting.

<strong>Ta1ks</strong> is a program to schedule public meetings. You can import congregations, talks, the history of scheduled speakers and assigned brothers for the weekend meetings (chairman, reader of the Watchtower Study).

Choose the <strong>Ta1ks</strong> installation folder, where the dat-files can be found. After finishing, the message <strong>Import complete</strong> appears.

Depending on your <a href="settings_access_control.html">permissions</a>, you can assign various parts of the meetings.

As you move to a week, already assigned meeting parts will be validated again, and in case of an error, marked with an alert icon. Please check further information in the sidebar and if necessary reassign the corresponding meeting part as described below.

Hover the row of a meeting part in the schedule, and click the <img src="../images/pencil_24x24.png" alt="" width="24" height="24" /> button to start editing.

<span>If you are about to assign a reader for the Congregation Bible Study and want to take into consideration also reading assignments at the Watchtower Study, select the option <strong>Include weekend parts</strong>. If the filter button <strong>Student parts</strong> is checked, Bible Reading assignments are also included. Make sure that the filter button <strong>Similar assignments only</strong> is checked, to display reading assignments only.</span>
