Yes, but is not clear yet, why the context is missing here, which is actually:
"Arrange list by the selected criteria"
the '%1'-part will be replaced by terms such as date, name, ...

Here the context: on the right sidebar, when you choose to assign one person, now you can search and classify by informations (like name, date, etc...)
