    If I understand it correctly, there is one application that displays the charging stations on the map. This application is then ported to Android, Windows Mobile, etc. to be used on mobile devices. Moreover it is embedded also on the website to serve the same purpose. That is why it was probably called "Web App for Mobile". (I hope Christopher will correct me if I am wrong.)

    Yes thats correct and is mostly historical. You could just say Web App and miss out For Mobile.
