    Hmm, I'm only speculating but I guess %{kind} will be stuff like Twitter, Facebook, Google etc, and %{reason} will be provided but that server.

    Either way don't worry too much, this functionality is currently completely unused and I don't expect it to be used in the near future. It's just the standard locale template Devise ships with.
