  Allow the moderator(s) of a room or the administrator to "banish" a user from the room for a time defined by the administrator.<br />The later can banish a user chatting in an other room than the one he is into and use the * setting to banish "forever" a user from the chat as the whole.<br />Optionally, [".L_HELP_REASON."] displays the reason of banishment (any desired text).

  Permite moderatorului(ilor) unei camere sau administratorului să "blocheze" un utilizator, pe o durată stabilită de admin prin setările serverului.<br />Administratorul poate bloca un utilizator aflat în oricare dintre camere şi poate folosi setarea * pentru a bloca "definitiv" utilizatorul respectiv pe acest server de chat.<br />Opţional, [".L_HELP_REASON."] va arăta şi motivul blocării (orice frază)
