A segment is a string in your source language file. Each plan has a different segment storage capacity. We only take in account segments from the source language file, we don’t count segments in translations. So if you have 1000 segments to translate from English to 3 different languages, we count that you need to store 1000 segments. Other translation platforms count that you need to store 4000 segments 😬
