C'est quoi cette histoire de mini-sprint et a-t-on vraiment des clients qui fonctionnent comme ça? -
Oui bien sûr, cela vient de la méthode Agile. Je pense que beaucoup de clients le font de cette façon. Les plus hardcores le font sous la forme de continuous localisation.
Selon la méthode Agile, le développement de logiciels se fait sous la forme de mini-sprints d'une semaine environ. Si le développement fonctionne de cette manière, la localisation de ces projets doit également se faire de cette forme.
