Idle?! As in 'inactive' (i.e. 'inactive' box ticked under person details), 'not available' (pre-entered range when on holiday/hospitalisation e.g.), or simply 'somehow not assigned' (which may encompass all of the above)? Just trying to figure out a word with the correct feel
