Le assegnazioni più vicine, indipendentemente da eventuali filtri, vengono visualizzate come un arco sotto (fine settimana) o sopra (infrasettimanale) il contrassegno della settimana. La parte evidenziata rappresenta la sezione della riunione del compito.</span>

Se il ruolo dell'assegnatario in una parte dell'adunanza è assistente o supplente, la casella di controllo viene visualizzata dietro una barra verticale.</span>
