Označeni del predstavlja tisti del shoda, h kateremu spada naloga.</span><br><span>Pomožne ali dodatne naloge so prikazane kot obrobljeni simboli.</span>

If the role of an assignee in a meeting part is assistant or supplementary, the checkbox is displayed behind a vertical bar.</span>

Preklicane naloge nimajo potrditvenega polja, druge oznake pa so prečrtane. Če ima posameznik pri točki vlogo sogovornika, je potrditveno polje prikazano za navpično vrstico.</span>
