Click on the <img src="../images/cloud_delete_24x24.png" alt="" width="24" height="24" /> button to delete the cloud storage.

In the next message box select <strong>Synchronize</strong> to upload the local TheocBase data to the cloud. If you click on <strong>Sign out</strong> you will be <a href="#disconnect_cloud_storage">disconnected from the cloud storage</a>.

Disconnect the Cloud Storage

Click on the <img src="../images/logout_24x24.png" alt="" width="24" height="24" /> button to disconnect the cloud storage.

Access control settings will be removed locally and the data in TheocBase will be cleared, if it was shared by someone else.

In the <strong>Settings</strong> select the <strong>Access Control</strong> page.

Only those users appear in the list, that have already access to the shared TheocBase folder in your DropBox account. It is possible to assign multiple roles.

After the list of users is loaded, select in the user's row the check box of the role that should be assigned.

Here is the list of printing tags along with their corresponding values. The tags may be available only at certain levels e.g.:

throughout the whole content of the template [1]

within the scope of a loop [2]

or even in a nested loop [3]

A loop has a start and an end tag. These are named accordingly (<code>*_START; *_END</code>) and have a description <span class="pt_loop_description">[between brackets]</span> in the <strong>Value</strong> column that mentions also the <strong>Scope</strong> of the tags that are available. If a printing tag returns a variable, then the value is described <var class="pt_variable_description">{between curly brackets}</var>; otherwise the mentioned text appears.
