Not sure what "Set access numbers" meant. Didn't translate it in french.

Sorry for the delayed respone - I was on holiday.

"Access number" refers to a special number that can be dialled to get a special rate (e.g. calling card numbers), or to select a particular phone network to route the call (this is common in some countries, e.g. Finland, Singapore etc.)
