A Szabad Szoftver lényege az egyediség, átláthatóság, kreativitás és egy cél. Egy ötlet megvalósításáról szól. A diaspora* azért jött létre, hogy szenvedélyünk segítségével egy jobb hellyé tegyük az internetet.
