    s.th. means "something"? It doesn't make sense to me, as it is. Can you provide context please?

    It depends on what is counted e.g. households, shops in a business territory or even the number of times a street was searched during campaigns. Most likely it is not necessary to add more fields for these different purposes, so the description is very general.
