4 new file formats supported: r18n, webL10N, TYPO3L10N and jQuery-globalize

WebTranslateIt supports 4 new file formats:

• .yml files for r18n, as used by the r18n rubygem

• webL10n files, as used by the webL10n library,

• TYPO3L10N, a specific file format used by Typo3,

• jQuery-globalize, a file format used by the jQuery-globalize javascript library.
