File attachments uploaded to segments in the Activity Feed

It is possible to attach files (documents or screenshots) to a segment in order to give more context to translators.

In order to do this, open the segment details modal window and upload a file in the instructions field.

Files attached to segments are now shown in the Activity Feed so that the whole team can now see when a screenshot or a file was uploaded to a segment.

More improvements will be coming in the following weeks to the file attachment system.
