Is this the correct way to ask for help?

Brother, I'm so sorry, but the forum isn't letting me login. Doesn't accept my password, and doesn't send login mail. Should I just wait? I have probably made a mistake somehow. :(

Username: 2qf4 (with your hotmail adress) is not validated:
Emails on 2qf4 and Victor_Ara are different!
Victor_Ara is activated, by me, few days ago.
